Introducing Bobby

We’re really pleased to introduce Robert, better known as Bobby, as one of the newest members of the growing team here at Trauma Clean 24 Seven. Bobby has joined us as a Trauma Cleaning Operative, and he’s already shown that he’s a great fit for the role. As our team continues to expand, we want to bring in people who not only have the right training, but who also share the values that matter most in this kind of work, from trauma cleaning to hazard cleanup.

Training for the Role

To begin with, we wanted to make sure Bobby felt fully prepared for the wide range of specialist cleaning jobs he’ll come across in this role. With that in mind, Trauma Clean 24 Seven enrolled Bobby on the NASC course and supported him in completing his COSHH certification.

As a result, Bobby has built a strong base of knowledge and practical skills that will help him carry out trauma cleaning, hazard cleanup and other specialist services safely, professionally and with confidence.

The Qualities Bobby Brings to the Team

Just as importantly, Bobby brings some really valuable personal qualities to the team, including attention to detail, compassion and a real can-do attitude.

These qualities matter in trauma cleaning because clients often need much more than just a cleaning service. In many cases, they also need support, understanding and reassurance during very difficult situations. Because of this, having the right manner and approach can make a real difference, especially on jobs involving sensitive hazard cleanup work.

Understanding Sensitive Situations

Since joining us, Bobby has also learnt more about issues such as hoarding. Like many people who come into this line of work, he now understands that hoarding is a mental health condition.

This understanding helps him approach every job with empathy, patience and respect. At the same time, Bobby stays calm, polite and gentle in his approach, which makes him a real asset in sensitive situations. As a result, he helps clients feel more comfortable and supported at what is often a very challenging time, whether the job involves trauma cleaning, hoarding support or hazard cleanup.

What Bobby Thinks About the Team

Of course, joining a new team is always a big step, so we asked Bobby how he has found things so far.

He said the team has been “very welcoming and like being in a family”. He also gave a special shout-out to the office staff, which was lovely to hear.

What Makes Bobby Proud

We also wanted to know what makes Bobby proud to do this job. He said:

“Getting compliments off of the clients about how pleased they are with the results and how everything has been handled.”

That answer really sums up the kind of attitude Bobby brings to the role. He takes pride in helping people, delivering great results and handling every situation with care. That same attitude is essential across all of our specialist services, including trauma cleaning and hazard cleanup.

A Great Addition to Trauma Clean 24 Seven

Overall, Bobby has already made a strong impression on the team. His training, attitude and compassionate approach reflect the standards and values we care about at Trauma Clean 24 Seven.

As we continue to grow, Bobby already plays an important part in that journey, and we look forward to seeing him develop further in his role across trauma cleaning, hazard cleanup and other sensitive specialist services.

So, once again, welcome to the team, Bobby!
