We understand that this is why it can be particularly difficult to take the first step to seek help when the home environment becomes unsafe as a result of collecting and storing such items. Rest assured that if we find any important documentation, money or personal photographs during the service, these are placed into a sealed clear bag and returned to the customer for safekeeping.
We are also registered as waste carriers which means we take on the responsibility for appropriately disposing of all waste we remove from our customers properties.
